IT 201 Project 2

 My application Builds on my Last Application with the addition of some new Time sensitive features.  THese features include a working clock that counts the seconds, a button to rewind to the last auto save of the drawings, primitive selection dropdown, object jitter checkbox, and a slider to choose how often, in seconds, the application saves the rewind state.
